摘要

目的：探讨小儿消食颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法：选择2019年7月至2021年1月该院收治的功能性消化不良患儿126例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组(63例，采用布拉氏酵母菌治疗)和观察组(63例，采用小儿消食颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗)。两组患儿均治疗4周。观察两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应发生情况及复发情况，治疗前后的细胞因子[γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素10(IL-10)]、胃肠功能指标[胃肠激素酪酪肽(PYY)、胃动素(MTL)和促胃液素(GAS)]水平。结果：治疗4周后，观察组患儿的总有效率为93.65%(59/63)

较对照组(73.02%

46/63)更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿IFN-γ、TNF-α和PYY水平明显低于对照组，IL-10、MTL和GAS水平明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组、对照组患儿的不良反应发生率分别为6.35%(4/63)、4.76%(3/63)

两组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿的复发率为3.17%(2/63)

明显低于对照组的19.05%(12/63)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：小儿消食颗粒联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗小儿功能性消化不良的疗效显著，可促进胃肠功能和炎症反应改善，同时可降低复发率。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoer Xiaoshi granules combined with Saccharomyces boulardii（S. boulardii） in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children. METHODS: Totally 126 children with functional dyspepsia admitted into the hospital from Jul. 2019 to Jan. 2021 were extracted to be divided into the control group（63 cases

treated with S. boulardii） and the observation group（63 cases

treated with Xiaoer Xiaoshi granules combined with S. boulardiia） via the random number table. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy

occurrence and recurrence of adverse drug reactions

tumor necrosis factor α（TNF-α） and interleukin-10（IL-10）]

gastrointestinal function indicators [gastrointestinal hormones casein（PYY）

the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.65%（59/63）

higher than 73.02%（46/63） of the control group

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. The levels of IFN-γ

TNF-α and PYY in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group

while the levels of IL-10

MTL and GAS were significantly higher than those in the control group

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group and control group was respectively 6.35%（4/63） and 4.76%（3/63）

with no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）. The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.17%（2/63）

significantly lower than 19.05%（12/63） of the control group

the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xiaoer Xiaoshi granules combined with S. boulardii in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children is significant

which can promote the improvement of gastrointestinal function and inflammatory response

and reduce the recurrence rate.
