摘要

目的：基于网络药理学平台，预测丹栀逍遥散各药物活性成分对围绝经期综合征的作用靶点，探讨丹栀逍遥散治疗围绝经期综合征的具体作用机制。方法：通过中药系统药理学数据库和分析平台查找丹栀逍遥散的相关靶点，通过GeneCards数据库查找围绝经期综合征的相关靶点，然后通过STRING数据库和Cytoscape软件构建丹栀逍遥散成分-靶点网络，并分析丹栀逍遥散治疗围绝经期综合征的作用靶点、生物学过程以及相关通路。结果：筛选得到丹栀逍遥散的130种化合物和对应靶点272个，其中丹栀逍遥散治疗围绝经期综合征的作用靶点有47个，以白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、C-C基序趋化因子2(CCL2)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARG)、丝裂原激活蛋白激酶1(MAPK1)和白细胞介素4(IL-4)等靶点作用最为突出。从网络药理学分析结果推测，丹栀逍遥散可能通过免疫功能、神经内分泌调节、炎症反应和氧化应激等相关生物学功能或途径作用于围绝经期综合征，从而发挥治疗作用。结论：丹栀逍遥散治疗围绝经期综合征的作用机制主要体现在免疫功能、神经内分泌调节、炎症反应和氧化应激等方面。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To predict the target of action of the active ingredients of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder on perimenopausal syndrome based on the network pharmacology platform

and to explore the specific mechanism of action of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome. METHODS: Relevant targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder were searched through Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform

related targets of perimenopausal syndrome were identified by GeneCards database

composition-target network of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder was constructed by STRING database and Cytoscape software

and the targets

biological processes and related pathways of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome were analyzed. RESULTS: A total of 130 compounds and 272 corresponding targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder were screened. There were 47 targets of Danzhi Xiaoyao powder in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome

and interleukin 1β（IL-1β）

C-C-motif chemokine 2（CCL2）

C-reactive protein（CRP）

interleukin 10（IL-10）

peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gama（PPARG）
