摘要

目的：探讨柴胡桂枝汤加减联合干扰素治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效及对视觉模拟评分（VAS）、睡眠质量的影响。方法：通过随机数字表法将2019年2月至2020年6月海南省安宁医院收治的110例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者分为对照组和治疗组，每组55例。对照组患者给予干扰素治疗，治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合柴胡桂枝汤加减治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后VAS评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）评分、皮肤病生活质量指数（DLQI）评分和中医证候评分，各血清指标[神经肽Y（NPY）、β-内啡肽（β-EP）、P物质（SP）和神经激肽-1（NK-1）]水平，并观察两组患者的临床疗效与不良反应发生情况。结果：与对照组的总有效率[85.45%（47/55）]

比较，治疗组患者的总有效率明显更高，为98.18%（54/55）

P=0.047）。结论：针对带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者，采用柴胡桂枝汤加减联合干扰素治疗的疗效确切，不但能减轻患者的疼痛程度，还能提高睡眠质量和生活质量，改善症状，调节各类疼痛介质表达，且安全性较好。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with interferon in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia and its effects on visual analogue scale（VAS） score and sleep quality. METHODS: Totally 110 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted into Hainan Provincial Anning Hospital from Feb. 2019 to Jun. 2020 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the treatment group via the random number table

with 55 cases in each group. The control group was treated with interferon

while the treatment group received Chaihu Guizhi decoction on the basis of the control group. The VAS score

P=0.047）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi decoction combined with interferon in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is significant

which can reduce the degree of pain

improve the sleep quality and quality of life

improve the symptoms and regulate the expression of various pain mediators with higher safety.
