摘要

目的:探讨银杏叶胶囊联合前列地尔注射液治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效及对患者脑血流和血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)的影响。方法:回顾性选取2019年1月至2020年10月新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院收治的后循环缺血性眩晕患者224例。对照组104例患者采用前列地尔注射液治疗

观察组120例患者采用银杏叶胶囊联合前列地尔注射液治疗

疗程均为2周。观察两组患者的临床疗效、临床症状积分、椎基底动脉血流速度及血清Hcy、FGF21水平。结果:治疗2周后

观察组患者的总有效率为92.5%(111/120)

明显高于对照组的83.7%(87/104)

差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗结束后

观察组后循环缺血性眩晕患者的眩晕程度、眩晕时间、眩晕频率和伴随症状等积分明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗结束后

观察组患者左侧椎动脉、右侧椎动脉和基底动脉血流速度明显快于对照组

血清Hcy、FGF21水平明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学差异(P <0.05)。结论:银杏叶胶囊联合前列地尔注射液在后循环缺血性眩晕中具有良好的应用效果

能够有效改善患者的临床症状和脑血流

并且能够降低血清Hcy、FGF21水平。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Yinxingye capsules combined with alprostadil injection on cerebral blood flow

serum homocysteine（ Hcy） and fibroblast growth factor 21（ FGF21） in patients with posterior circulation ischemic vertigo（ PCIV）. METHODS: Totally 224 patients with PCIV admitted into People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from Jan. 2019 to Oct. 2020 were retrospectively extracted. The control group（ 104 patients） was treated with alprostadil injection

while the observation group（ 120 patients） received Yinxingye capsules combined with alprostadil injection. The course of treatment was 2 weeks. Clinical efficacy

the differences were statistically significant（ P < 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Yinxingye capsules combined with alprostadil injection in the treatment of patients with PCIV is significant

which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and cerebral blood flow

reduce the levels of serum Hcy

FGF21.
