Effects of Phentolamine Combined with Labetalol on Levels of Motocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1,Pregnancy-Associated Plasma Protein and GATA Binding Protein 3 in Patients with Hypertension During Pregnancy
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of phentolamine combined with labetalol on the levels of motocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1)
pregnancy-associated plasma protein( PAPP-A) and GATA binding protein 3( GATA-3) in patients with hypertension during pregnancy. METHODS: Totally 93 patients with hypertension during pregnancy admitted into Xi’an People’s Hospital from Oct. 2018 to Aug. 2019 were extracted to perform the prospective randomized controlled study. According to the random number table method
all patients were divided into the observation group
control group 1 and control group 2
with 31 cases in each group. All patients in the three groups received conventional drug treatment
the control group 1 was treated with phentolamine
the control group 2 was given labeolol
the observation group received phentolamine combined with labeolol. Patients in three groups were treated for 3 courses. The clinical efficacy
blood pressure
24 h proteinuria
C-reactive protein( CRP)
homocysteine( HCY)
cystatin C( Cys C)
PAPP-A
human GATA-3
MCP-1 of three groups were statistically analyzed
and the pregnancy outcomes and adverse drug reactions of were compared. RESULTS: There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate among three groups( P > 0. 05). However
the significant effective rate of the observation group was 87. 10%( 27/31)
significantly higher than that of the control group 1[51. 61%( 16/31) ]and the control group 2[58. 06%( 18/31) ]
and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). After three courses of treatment
the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the observation group were lower than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2
the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). After three courses of treatment
the 24 h urine protein
HCY
MCP-1
GATA-3 and PAPP-A of the observation group were lower than those before treatment
and significantly lower than the control group 1 and the control group 2
the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05). The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group( 6. 45%
2/31) was lower than that in the control group 1[32. 26%( 10/31) ]and the control group 2[32. 26%( 10/31) ]
the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05)
and there was no significant difference between the control group 1 and the control group 2( P>0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions and delivery outcomes among three groups( P > 0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Phentolamine combined with labetalol in the treatment of hypertension during pregnancy can further control the blood pressure
reduce patients’ MCP-1
PAPP-A and GATA-3 levels
improve the efficacy and reduce the risk of adverse maternal and infant outcomes.
