为二甲双胍的临床合理应用提供参考。

Abstract

Metformin is the drug of choice for the treatment of type 2 diabetes

and the adverse drug reactions of vitamin B

deficiency induced by metformin have attracted increasing attention. This paper reviews the epidemiology

mechanism of action

influencing factors and interventions taken for the rational clinical application of metformin by searching and reviewing and analyzing the published literature.
