摘要

目的:了解铂类药物发生药品不良反应(adverse drug reaction

ADR)的特点

为临床安全用药提供参考。方法:收集2019年江苏省肿瘤医院(以下简称"我院")上报的108例铂类药物致ADR报告

对患者的性别、年龄、原患疾病、药物使用情况、ADR发生时间、ADR累及器官和(或)系统及临床表现、是否联合用药以及转归等进行回顾性分析。结果:108例铂类药物致ADR报告中

病例数排序居前2位的药品为奥沙利铂(34例

占31.48%)、奈达铂(30例

占27.78%); ADR主要发生在高年龄段(>60～80岁)人群(63例

占58.33%); ADR多见于用药1 d后(75例

占69.44%);骨髓抑制是ADR的主要临床表现(78例

占72.22%);大多数发生ADR的患者存在联合用药(81例

占75.00%);严重的ADR共39例(占36.11%)。结论:应加强老年患者的用药监护

尤其是联合用药的患者。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ ADR） induced by platinum chemotherapy drugs

so as to provide reference for safe medication in clinic. METHODS: Totally 108 cases of ADR induced by platinum chemotherapy drugs in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital（ hereinafter referred to as“our hospital”） in 2019 were collected

ADR involved organs and（ or） system

clinical manifestations

drug combination and outcome were retrospectively analyzed. RESULTS: Of the 108 cases of ADR induced by platinum chemotherapy drugs

the top 2 drugs ranked by the number of cases were oxaliplatin（ 34 cases

31. 48%） and nedaplatin（ 30 cases

27. 78%）. The patients aged > 60-80 years accounted for the highest proportion（ 63 cases

58. 33%）. ADR was mostly seen after 1 d of administration（ 75 cases

69. 44%）.Bone marrow suppression was the main clinical manifestation of ADR（ 78 cases

72. 22%）. Most patients with ADR had drug combination（ 81 cases

75. 00%）. There were 39 cases（ 36. 11%） of severe ADR. CONCLUSIONS:Medication monitoring in the elderly should be strengthened

especially in patients with drug combination.
