OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy and safety of sintilizumab injection in the treatment of advanced solid tumors. METHODS: Patients with advanced recurrent or metastatic solid tumors who failed chemotherapy or could not tolerate chemotherapy in Hefei BOE Hospital from Dec. 2019 to Jan. 2021 were extracted. The monotherapy was immunotherapy with sendilizumab. The overall response rate( ORR)
disease control rate( DCR)
progression freesurvival( PFS)
overall survival( OS) and incidence of adverse drug reactions were evaluated. RESULTS: The follow-up period was from 1. 5 to 11. 5 months
and the median follow-up time was 4. 8 months. The ORR of all patients was 20. 0%( 2/10)
the DCR was 70. 0%( 7/10)
and the incidence of treatmentrelated adverse drug reactions was 80. 0%( 8/10). Adverse drug reactions were mainly in level 1 to 2
and level ≥3 was 10. 0%( 1/10). There were no deaths during the study period. CONCLUSIONS: For patients with advanced solid tumors who have failed chemotherapy or cannot tolerate chemotherapy
monotherapy with cindilizumab is a better treatment option with higher safety.
