摘要

随着科学技术的不断发展

结合当地历史用药习惯

各地出现了许多附子的炮制品。为进一步深入研究不同地区附子炮制方法对附子药效、毒性及临床应用的影响

为附子炮制的规范化积累资料

本文从炮制工艺、炮制辅料、炮制机制与炮制作用等方面

对近年来《中华人民共和国药典》及各省市地方中药炮制规范中附子的炮制研究进行回顾和总结。附子的炮制尚需进一步规范

亟需结合药效、毒理研究开发新的附子炮制方法

建立附子的质量标准评价体系。

Abstract

With the continuous development of science and technology

combined with the local historical medication habits

many processed products of aconite have appeared in various provinces and cities. In order to further study the effects of processing methods of aconite in different areas on the efficacy

toxicity and clinical application of aconite

and to accumulate data for the standardized processing of aconite

this thesis reviews and summarizes the research on processing of aconite in the Pharmacopoeia of the People ’s Republic of China and the processing specifications of traditional Chinese medicine in various provinces and cities from the aspects of processing technology

processing accessories

processing mechanism and processing effect. The processing still needs to be further standardized

and it is urgent to develop new processing methods of aconite based on pharmacodynamic and toxicological studies

and establish quality standard evaluation system of aconite.
