Systematic Review of Efficacy and Safety of Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Shuxuetong Injection in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
摘要
目的:系统评价醒脑静注射液联合疏血通注射液治疗脑梗死的有效性和安全性。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、EMBase、中国生物医学网、维普数据库、中国知网和万方数据库
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xingnaojing injection combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction. METHODS: PubMed
the Cochrane Library
Web of Science
EMBase
CBM
VIP database
CNKI and Wanfang database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of Xingnaojing injection combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction( the study group was treated with Xingnaojing injection combined with Shuxuetong injection
while the control group received conventional regimen
Shuxuetong injection
Shuxuetong injection combined with calf blood or sodium aescinate combined with citicoline treatment)
the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Oct.2020. After the quality assessment and data extraction of included literature
RevMan 5. 3 statistical software was used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS: A total of 9 literature were included
all of which were randomized controlled trials
with a total of 706 patients. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate( OR = 3. 96
P < 0. 000 01) and cure rate( OR= 2. 20
P < 0. 000 01) in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group
and the mortality rate( OR = 0. 28
P = 0. 03) and neurological deficit scores( MD =-4. 45
P < 0. 000 01) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group
with statistically significant differences. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups( P = 0. 24). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with Shuxuetong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction is better than that of the control regimens( conventional regimen
Shuxuetong injection
Shuxuetong injection combined with calf blood or sodium aescinate combined with citicoline treatment)
the two are equivalent in terms of safety. However
due to the lower quality of included literature and the small sample size
the results still need to be further confirmed by large-scale
