Systematic Reviewof Clinical Efficacy of Danning Tablet in the Treatment of Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease
OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Danning tablets in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. METHODS: PubMed
the Cochrane Library
CNKI
Wanfang database and VIP database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of Danning tablets in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease( the study group was treated with Danning tablets combined with western medicine
while the control group received western medicine alone)
the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Nov. 2020.Newcastle-Ottawa scale( NOS) was used to evaluate the quality of the literature. The parameters of liver function indexes[alanine aminotransferase( ALT)
aspartate aminotransferase( AST) ]
blood lipid indexes[triglycerides( TG)
total cholesterol( TC) ]
were extracted
and Meta-analysis was performed with RevMan 5. 3 software. Stata 15. 0 software was used for sensitivity analysis and publication bias detection. RESULTS: A total of 10 randomized controlled trials were included
with 895 cases. Meta-analysis showed that the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group( OR = 6. 07

and the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The total effective rate of Danning tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is higher than that of western medicine alone
and its effect in reducing ALT
AST
TG and TC is significantly better than that of western medicine alone.
