摘要

目的:了解首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院西院（以下简称"我院"）门诊用药咨询中心专业药学问题咨询情况

为持续改进我院用药咨询服务质量、提高药学服务水平、促进合理用药提供理论支持。方法:整合2018年我院门诊用药咨询中心2 490例有效专业药学问题咨询数据

进行分类、统计和分析

应用帕累托图进行主要因素和次要因素分析。结果:2 490例专业药学问题咨询者中

女性多于男性;主要为患者及家属（2 299例

占92.33%）;中老年（> 40～65岁）咨询者最多（1 177例

占47.27%）。将所咨询的专业药学问题分为13类

其中

用法与用量、用药教育、药物相互作用、不良反应、注意事项和适应证为主要因素（累计构成比在0～80%区间）;所咨询的药物类别涉及15类

以心血管系统用药为主（505例

占20.28%）

心血管系统用药、专科用药、抗感染药、呼吸系统用药、消化系统用药、中枢神经系统用药和激素及其有关药物为主要因素（累计构成比在0～80%区间）。结论:通过对我院专业药学问题咨询数据进行统计和分析

可明确当年专业药学问题咨询内容和咨询类别的主要因素、次要因素

有利于针对重点药物和焦点问题进行规范化培训

以提高药学服务水平

促进合理用药。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the consultation situation of professional pharmaceutical problems in the outpatient consultation center of West Campus

Beijing Chaoyang Hospital

Capital Medical University（hereinafter referred to as " our hospital"）

so as to provide theoretical support for continuous improvement of quality of drug consultation service in our hospital

improvement of the level of pharmaceutical care and promotion of rational drug use.METHODS:The available drug consultation data in 2 490 cases of our hospital in 2018 were counted and analyzed.Pareto diagram was used to analyze the main factors and secondary factors of the consultation.RESULTS:Among the 2 490 professional consultants on pharmaceutical issues

there were more females than males

mainly patients and their families（2 299 cases

92.33%）.Middle-aged and elderly consultants（>40-65 years old） was the most（1 177 cases

47.27%）.The professional pharmacy issues consulted were divided into 13 categories

among which the main factors were usage and dosage

medication education

drug interactions

adverse drug reactions

precautions and indications（the cumulative composition ratio ranged from 0 to 80%）.The types of drugs consulted included 15 categories

mainly for cardiovascular system drugs（505 cases

20.28%）

cardiovascular system drugs

special drugs

anti-infective drugs

respiratory system drugs

digestive system drugs

central nervous system drugs and hormones and related drugs（the cumulative composition ratio ranged from 0 to 80%）.CONCLUSIONS:Through the statistics and analysis of the consultation data in our hospital

the main factors and secondary factors of consultation content and category of professional pharmaceutical issues in that year can be clarified

which is conducive to the standardized training for key drugs and focus issues

so as to improve the level of pharmaceutical care and promote rational drug use.
