摘要

目的:探讨某三级甲等医院（以下简称"该院"）内分泌科2型糖尿病（type 2 diabetes mellitus

T2DM）患者是否按照《中国2型糖尿病防治指南（2017年版）》中相关要求使用他汀类调节血脂药。方法:对2018年该院内分泌科出院的全部T2DM患者进行回顾性调查

利用医院电子病历系统收集患者相关的检验检查结果、他汀类调节血脂药的使用情况等资料

分析患者他汀类调节血脂药的使用与指南推荐的相符率。结果:共纳入该院内分泌科出院的T2DM患者1 168例

其中

不合并动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病（arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease

ASCVD）的患者有1 033例（占88.44%）

合并ASCVD的患者有135例（占11.56%）。998例患者使用他汀类调节血脂药符合指南中的相关要求

与指南推荐相符率为85.45%;其中

不合并ASCVD的患者有868例[与指南推荐相符率为84.03%（868/1 033）]

合并ASCVD的患者有130例[与指南推荐相符率为96.30%（130/135）]。结论:该院内分泌科医务人员对T2DM患者心脑血管疾病的防治意识较强

能积极按照指南推荐使用他汀类调节血脂药。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the compliance with the relevant requirements in the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes in China（2017 Edition） for the use of stains in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2 DM） in endocrinology department in a grade Ⅲ

level A hospital（hereinafter referred to as " the hospital"）.METHODS:Retrospective investigation was conducted on patients with T2 DM from endocrinology department of the hospital in 2018.The hospital electronic medical record system was used to collect relevant examination results of patients and the use of statins in regulating blood lipids

the compliance rate between the use of statins and the requirements of guideline was analyzed.RESULTS:A total of 1 168 patients T2 DM discharged from the endocrinology department of the hospital were enrolled

of which 1 033 patients（88.44%） did not have arteriosclerotic cardiovascular disease（ASCVD）

and 135 patients（11.56%） complicated with ASCVD.The use of statins in 998 patients met the relevant requirements in the guidelines

and the compliance rate was 85.45%.There were 868 patients did not have ASCVD [84.03%（868/1033） in accordance with the guidelines]

and 130 patients complicated with ASCVD [96.30%（130/135） in accordance with the guidelines].CONCLUSIONS:Medical staff in the department of endocrinology of this hospital have a strong awareness of prevention and treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in patients with T2 DM

and can actively follow the guidelines to recommend the use of statins to regulate blood lipids.
