Combined Medication of Kanglaite Injection in the Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the rationality of combined medication of kanglaite injection in the treatment of advanced lung cancer
so as to provide reference for clinical medication.METHODS:Retrospective study was conducted to extract the information of all lung cancer patients who received kangwright injection in Dongfang Hospital
Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2018 through the hospital information system.Combined with drug instructions
Clementine 12.0
SPSS 19.0
Excel 2010 and other statistical software were used to analyze the rationality of combined medication of kanglaite injection in the treatment of lung cancer.RESULTS:Of the 150 independent medical records(96 patients)
the treatment regimens were mainly palliative treatment(105 medical records
70.0%)
chemotherapy(17 medical records
11.3%)
targeted therapy(16 medical records
10.7%) and argon-helium surgery(14 medical records
9.3%
including 2 medical records receiving concurrent chemotherapy). The top 10 drugs with the highest frequency of drug combination were ambroxol hydrochloride injection
doxofylline injection
heparin soclium injection
metoclopramide hydrochloride injection
Xiao ’aiping injection
potassium chloride injection
elemene injection
furosemide injection
human albumin and aidi injection
of which 3 were antitumor traditional Chinese medicine injections.Analysis of combined medication rules showed that in patients with chemotherapy
the correlation between kanglaite injection and antiemetic
antiallergic and anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine injections was relatively strong
while in patients with palliative treatment
the correlation between drugs for resolving sputum and relieving asthma and nutritional supplements was the strongest.CONCLUSIONS:Kanglaite injection has a wide range of clinical application in different lung cancer treatment regimens
and most of the drugs used in combination with kanglaite injection are preventive drugs.
