Systematic Review of Efficacy of Osteopeptide Injection in the Adjuvant Treatment of Postoperative Healing of Limb Fracture
OBJECTIVE:To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of osteopeptide injection in the adjuvant treatment of postoperative healing of limb fracture based on Meta-analysis
so as to guide the clinical practice more effectively.METHODS:CNKI

the Cochrane Library and other databases were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of osteopeptide injection in the adjuvant treatment of postoperative limb fracture(the intervention measures of the observation group were osteopeptide injection
while the control group did not use osteopeptide injection
both groups could be treated with drugs or other treatments at the same time). The retrieval time was from establishment of the database to Mar.2020.Methodological quality evaluation of the randomized controlled clinical trial was carried out according to the improved Jadad quality scoring method
and Meta-analysis was performed by using Stata 15.0 software.RESULTS:A total of 5 clinical randomized controlled trials were collected
including 444 patients
there were 222 patients in the observation group and 222 patients in the control group.Meta-analysis results showed that the improvement rate of osteopeptide injection in the adjuvant treatment of postoperative limb fractures in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group
with statistically significant difference(OR=2.62
95% CI=1.84-3.73
P <0.01).Two articles reported adverse drug reactions in the observation group
which were cured after simple symptomatic treatment without obvious sequelae symptoms.CONCLUSIONS:Osteopeptide injection can improve the improvement rate and has higher safety in the treatment of postoperative limb fractures. It is recommended that osteopeptide injection should be used in clinic according to the actual situation of patients
and adverse drug reactions should be observed.Currently
only relevant Chinese data are available
and the number of valuable papers is limited. The results of this study still need to be verified by high-quality clinical studies.
