摘要

目的:探讨复方α-酮酸片联合注射用左卡尼汀治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效及对血清瘦素、血尿素氮（BUN）水平的影响。方法:选取2018年9月至2019年9月辽阳市中医院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者110例

采用抽签法随机分为联合组和对照组

每组55例。对照组患者采用注射用左卡尼汀治疗

联合组患者在对照组的基础上加用复方α-酮酸片治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后血肌酐（SCr）、BUN、胱抑素C（CysC）、血清瘦素及炎症指标水平

比较两组患者肾功能恢复时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况的差异。结果:两组患者治疗后BUN、SCr、CysC及血清瘦素水平明显低于治疗前

且联合组患者明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;联合组患者肾功能恢复时间明显短于对照组

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组患者治疗后的炎症指标水平明显低于治疗前

且联合组患者明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后

联合组患者的总有效率为94.55%（52/55）

明显高于对照组的78.18%（43/55）

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。联合组、对照组患者的不良反应总发生率分别为7.27%（4/55）、10.91%（6/55）

两者的差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论:复方α-酮酸片联合左卡尼汀用于慢性肾衰竭具有较好的疗效

能够有效缓解患者的炎症状态

促进肾功能恢复。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To explore the efficacy of compound α-ketoacid tablets combined with levocarnitine injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure and its effects on serum leptin and blood urea nitrogen（BUN） levels.METHODS:Totally 110 patients with chronic renal failure admitted into Liaoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Sept.2018 to Sept.2019 were extracted to be randomly divided into the combined group and the control group

with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocarnitine injection

while the combined group was given compound α-ketoacid tablets on the basis of the control group.The serum creatine（SCR）

BUN

Cystatin C（CysC）

serum leptin and inflammatory indicators of two groups were observed

and the recovery time of renal function

clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.RESULTS:The levels of BUN

SCr

CysC and serum leptin in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment

and the combined group was significantly lower than the control group

the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The recovery time of renal function in the combined group was significantly shorter than that in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The inflammatory indicators of two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment

and the combined group was significantly lower than the control group

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.After treatment

the total effective rate in the combined group was 94.55%（52/55）

significantly higher than 78.18%（43/55） in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combined group and the control group was 7.27%（4/55） and 10.91%（6/55）

respectively

with no statistically significant difference（P>0.05）.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of compound α-ketoacid tablets combined with levocarnitine injection in the treatment of chronic renal failure is significant

which can effectively alleviate the patients’inflammatory state and promote the recovery of renal function.
