Research on Preventive Effect of Sodium Aescinate Injection Combined with Sodium Polyglucosamine Carboxylate Medical Biocolloid Fluid on Adhesion Intestinal Obstruction After Colorectal Cancer Surgery
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the preventive effect of sodium aescinate injection combined with sodium polyglucosamine carboxylate medical biocolloid fluid on adhesion intestinal obstruction(AIO) after colorectal cancer surgery.METHODS:Totally 180 patients undergoing colorectal cancer surgery admitted into Tangshan People ’s Hospital from Dec.2013 to Jan.2020 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table
with 90 cases in each group.Patients in both groups received surgical treatment
and the abdominal cavity was washed with soclium glucosamine carboxylate medical bio colloicl solution before abdominal closure;after operation
the control group was treated with routine treatment
and the observation group was treated with sodium aescinate for injection on the basis of the control group. The incidences of AIO
improvement time of operation related symptoms(first exhaust
first defecation and abdominal distension relief)
length of hospital stays after surgery and changes of inflammatory factor [procalcitonin(PCT)
C-reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α)] levels of both groups before and after treatment were observed.RESULTS:The incidence of AIO of observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group [5.56%(5/90) vs.24.44%(22/90)]
with statistically significant difference(χ

P

with statistically significant differences(P

CRP and TNF-α levels of both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those of before treatment
and those of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group
with statistically significant differences(P

shorten the improvement time of operation related symptoms and length of hospital stays
relieve physical inflammatory reaction and promote recovery.
