摘要

目的:探讨温阳健脾汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎（chronic atrophic gastritis

CAG）的临床疗效

分析其对患者胃蛋白酶原（PG）及氧化应激指标的影响。方法:将2018年4月至2019年4月在宿州市中医医院接受治疗的96例CAG患者纳为研究对象

通过随机数表法将患者分为研究组与对照组

每组48例。对照组患者采用常规西药治疗

研究组患者采用温阳健脾汤治疗

连续治疗3个月。对两组患者的疗效情况、中医证候积分、病理组织学病变积分、PGⅠ和PGⅡ水平变化、氧化应激指标及炎症因子水平变化进行比较。结果:研究组患者的总有效率为93.75%（45/48）

明显高于对照组的68.75%（33/48）

差异有统计学意义（Z=2.803

P=0.004）。治疗后

研究组患者各项中医证候积分明显低于对照组（胃脘疼痛:t=7.238

上述差异均有统计学意义。结论:温阳健脾汤可以有效改善CAG患者胃黏膜病理状态

调节机体胃蛋白酶原及氧化应激指标水平

降低炎症因子水平

提高临床治疗效果。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Wenyang Jianpi decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis（ CAG）

and analyze its effects on pepsinogen（ PG） and oxidative stress in patients.METHODS: Totally 96 patients with CAG admitted into Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Apr.2018 to Apr. 2019 were extracted to be divided into the study group and the control group via random number table

with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine

and the study group received Wenyang Jianpi decoction

with 3 months of continuous treatment. The efficacy

the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Wenyang Jianpu decoction can effectively improve the pathological state of gastric mucosa in patients with CAG

regulate the levels of pepsinogen and oxidative stress

reduce the levels of inflammatory factors

and improve the clinical therapeutic effects.
