OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of vitamin D drops assisted budesonide for aerosol inhalation in the treatment of bronchial asthma in children on inflammatory response and airway remodeling. METHODS: Totally 96 children with bronchial asthma admitted into the the Ninth Medical Center of PLA General Hospital from Jan. 2018 to Jan. 2020 were selected and divided control group and observation group via random number table

with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given nebulizer therapy of budesonide based on conventional therapy

while the observation group was given vitamin D drops based on the control group. The inflammatory factors [interleukin 2（ IL-2）
