Investigation and Analysis of Perioperative Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in 15 389Cases of Type Ⅰ Incision and Vascular Intervention Surgery
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the prophylactic application of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision and vascular intervention surgery in the People ’s Hospital of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region( hereinafter referred to as "our hospital")
so as to provide references for clinical drug application and management of antibiotics. METHODS:Retrospectively investigation and research was adopted

age
hospital stays
application of antibiotics
selection of category
administration time
usage and dosage
course of treatment
review on rational drug application and hand disinfection test
so as to evaluate the rationality of drug application and qualification rate of hand disinfection. RESULTS: Totally 15 389 cases of medical history of type Ⅰ incision and vascular intervention surgery were involved
of which 3 823 cases had prophylactically applied antibiotics
with the application rate of antibiotics was 24. 84%. 1 120 pieces of medical history were sampled for reviewing
of which999 pieces were rational
with the rational rate was 89. 20%. A total of 837 surgeons were randomly selected for hand disinfection test
811 were qualified
with the qualification rate of hand disinfection was 96. 89%. CONCLUSIONS:The prophylactic application of antibiotics in type Ⅰ incision and vascular intervention surgery in our hospital is basically rational
while But are still some problems need to be further standardized management to improve the rational drug application.
