摘要

目的:探讨氨甲环酸治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月至2019年9月中国人民解放军空军军医大学第一附属医院收治的脂溢性角化病患者80例为研究对象

采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组

每组40例。对照组患者实施常规治疗

研究组患者采用氨甲环酸治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、安全性及生活质量评分。结果:研究组患者的总有效率为97. 50%（39/40）

明显高于对照组的85. 00%（34/40）

差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。研究组患者红肿、灼痛感、恶心呕吐及腹泻的发生率与对照组比较

差异均无统计学意义（P> 0. 05）。治疗后

两组患者社交、症状（灼痛感）、家务、心理感受（沮丧等）、穿着、体育活动、工作学习、睡眠及人际关系等评分与本组治疗前比较、组间比较

差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。结论:氨甲环酸治疗脂溢性角化病的疗效较好

对患者早期风险评估及预后有重要的临床参考价值

且安全性较高。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of tranexamic acid in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis and its effects on patients’ quality of life. METHODS: Totally 80 patients with seborrheic keratosis in the First Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University of PLA from Jun. 2017 to Sept. 2019 were selected and divided into research group and control group via random number table

with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy

while the research group was treated with tranexamic acid. The clinical efficacy

safety and life quality scores of both groups were compared. RESULTS: The total effective rate of research group was 97. 50%（ 39/40）

which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 85. 00%

with statistically significant difference（ P < 0. 05）. The incidences of swelling

causalgia

nausea

vomiting and diarrhea of research group were not statistically different compared with the control group（ P > 0. 05）. After treatment

etc.）

clothing

physical activities

work and study

sleep and interpersonal relationship in two groups were statistically significant compared with those before treatment and between two groups（ P < 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of tranexamic acid in the treatment of seborrheic keratosis is remarkable

which has important clinical reference value for early risk assessment and prognosis of patients

with higher safety.
