摘要

目的:探讨厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗糖尿病肾病（diabetic nephropathy

DN）的临床疗效及对氧化应激、血清炎症因子的影响。方法:选取2017年11月至2019年11月石家庄市第二医院收治的DN患者210例

以随机数字表法分成观察组和对照组（每组样本容量105例）。对照组患者给予常规治疗

观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。两组患者均在治疗3个月后评估治疗效果

比较两组患者的临床疗效、氧化应激指标[丙二醛（MDA）、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）]及炎症因子指标[超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和肿瘤坏死因子α（TNF-α）]水平的差异。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率为98. 10%（103/105）

明显高于对照组的86. 67%（91/105）

差异有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。观察组患者治疗3个月后MDA、SOD、hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平与对照组相比均明显降低

差异均有统计学意义（P <0. 05）。结论:厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪可有效改善DN患者的临床症状

减轻氧化应激反应、炎症反应

效果显著。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy（ DN） and its effect on oxidative stress and inflammatory factor. METHODS: Totally 210 patients with DN admitted into the Second Hospital of Shijiazhuang from Nov. 2017 to Nov. 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table

with 105 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy

while the observation group was treated with irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide based on the control group. Therapeutic effects of both groups were evaluated at 3 months after treatment

oxidative stress indicators [malondialdehyde（ MDA）

superoxide dismutase（ SOD） ]and inflammatory factor levels [high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（ hs-CRP）

interleukin 6（ IL-6） and tumor necrosis factor α（ TNF-α） ]were compared between two groups. RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate of observation group was 98. 10%（ 103/105）

which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 86. 67%

91/105）

with statistically significant difference（ P < 0. 05）. The MDA

IL-6 and TNF-α levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 3 months after treatment

with statistically significant differences（ P < 0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS: Irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of DN patients

relieve oxidative stress and inflammatory reaction

with remarkable efficacy.
