摘要

目的:探讨舒血宁注射液发生药品不良反应/药品不良事件（adverse drug reaction/adverse drug event

ADR/ADE）的特点及原因

提出防范舒血宁注射液安全事件的建议。方法:检索1999年2月至2019年2月中国知网数据库、万方医学网以及维普期刊服务平台中舒血宁注射液安全事件报道

采用回顾性研究和统计学方法

对舒血宁注射液的安全事件进行梳理和归纳。结果:收集到舒血宁注射液安全问题的文献报道50篇

涉及病例74例。其中

男女患者之比为1∶1.24;≤60岁患者所占比例较高

共47例

占63.51%;舒血宁注射液引起的ADR/ADE以开始给药后30 min内出现的速发型过敏反应为主

共46例

占62.16%;舒血宁注射液引起的ADR/ADE可累及多个器官和（或）系统

以呼吸系统损害、全身性损害、循环系统损害、皮肤及其附件损害为主。结论:使用舒血宁注射液时

应对其可能发生的安全问题加以防范

从而提高合理用药水平。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the characteristics and causes of adverse drug reactions/adverse drug events（ADR/ADE） induced by Shuxuening injection

so as to provide suggestions for preventing the security issues of Shuxuening injection.METHODS:Relevant literature of security issues induced by Shuxuening injection were retrieved from CNKI

Wangfang Med Online and VIP database from Feb.1999 to Feb.2019.Retrospective study and statistical methods were used to sort out and summarize the ADR/ADE of Shuxuening injection.RESULTS:Fifty literature reports on the safety of Shuxuening injection were collected

including 74 cases.The ratio of male to female was 1 ∶1.24;the proportion of patients ≤ 60 years was relatively high

with a total of 47 cases（63.51%）.ADR/ADE induced by Shuxuening injection mostly appeared as immediate hypersensitivity occurred within 30 minutes after administration

totally 46 cases（62.16%）.Multiple organs and（or） systems were involved in Shuxuening injectioninduced ADR/ADE

mainly manifested as respiratory system

systemic damage

circulation system

skin and appendages.CONCLUSIONS:The possible security issues should be prevented when using Shuxuening injection

so as to improve the level of rational drug use.
