摘要

目的:探讨北京中医药大学东方医院（以下简称"该院"）中药注射剂致药品不良反应（adverse drug reaction

ADR）的发生规律、特点

为临床中药注射剂的合理应用提供参考依据。方法:采用回顾性分析方法

筛选2016—2019年该院符合要求的中药注射剂致ADR报告

记录相关信息

结合指南及文献进行分析。结果:共选取符合要求的中药注射剂致ADR报告52例

涉及12种药品

分为5大类

其中活血化瘀类中药注射剂致ADR病例数所占比例最大（23例

占44.23%）;32.69%的患者（17例）存在联合用药情况;发生ADR的患者中

女性患者居多（35例

占67.31%）

高峰年龄段>60岁（34例

占65.38%）;中药注射剂致ADR可累及多个器官和（或）系统

主要为皮肤及其附件损害

其次为中枢及外周神经系统损害、全身性损害。结论:药师应积极正确干预中药注射剂的不合理应用问题

加强中药注射剂的ADR监测上报工作

保证患者的用药安全

促进临床合理用药。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the regularity and characteristics of adverse drug reactions（ADR） induced by traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） injections in Dongfang hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine（hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"）

so as to provides references for rational application of TCM injections.METHODS:Retrospective analysis was adopted to screen the reports of ADR induced by TCM injection that met the requirements during 2016-2019

record relevant information

conducted analysis according to the guidelines and literature.RESULTS:There were 52 reports of ADR induced by TCM injection that met the requirements

12 kinds of drugs were involved

which were divided into 5 categories

and the TCM injection of blood circulation-promoting and stasis-removing had induced the largest proportion of ADR cases（23 cases

44.23%）;32.69% of patients（17 cases） had combined medication;among the patients with ADR

most were female（35 cases

67.31%）

and the peak age group was over 60 years old（34 cases

65.38%）;ADR caused by TCM injection can involve multiple organs and（or） systems

mainly were skin and its accessories damage

followed by central and peripheral nervous system damage

and systemic damage.CONCLUSIONS:Pharmacists should actively and correctly intervene in the irrational application of TCM injection

strengthen the monitoring and reporting of ADR induced by TCM injection

ensure medication safety and promote clinical rational medication.
