摘要

目的:了解某三级甲等医院（以下简称"该院"）住院患者苯磺酸氨氯地平片超药品说明书剂量用药情况

为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从2017—2019年该院使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片的6 908例住院患者中

筛选出用药日剂量>10 mg的患者

进行科室、主要疾病诊断的分类统计

并对超剂量用药的安全性及有效性进行分析。结果:抽取的6 908例患者中

苯磺酸氨氯地平片超药品说明书剂量用药的有105例

均发生在肾内科

超剂量用药人群均为慢性肾脏病患者

超剂量用药的日剂量范围为12.5～30 mg。105例超药品说明书剂量使用苯磺酸氨氯地平片的患者中

发生不良反应4例

不良反应发生率为3.8%

程度均较轻

均未引起严重的不良后果;29例患者在有效性分析中被剔除

剩余的76例患者超剂量使用苯磺酸氨氯地平后血压明显降低。结论:该院苯磺酸氨氯地平片超药品说明书剂量用药（日剂量为12.5～30 mg）人群均为慢性肾脏病患者

大部分患者增加剂量后可明显降低收缩压及舒张压

且安全性较好。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the overdose using of Amlodipine besylate tablets on inpatients in a certain grade III level A hospital（hereinafter referred to as "this hospital"）

so as to provide references for clinical rational medication.METHODS:From 2017 to 2019

among the 6 908 inpatients treated with Amlodipine besylate tablets in this hospital

patients with daily doses > 10 mg were screened out and classified by clinical departments and major diseases

the safety and effectiveness of overdose medications were analyzed.RESULTS:Among the 6 908 patients extracted

105 were overdosed with Amlodipine besylate tablets

all the cases occurred in nephrology department and patients with chronic kidney disease

and the daily dose of overdose medication ranged from 12.5 mg to 30 mg.Among the 105 patients who were treated with Amlodipine besylate tablets at an overdose medication

there were 4 cases of adverse drug reaction

with the incidence was 3.8%

all of which were mild and did not cause severe adverse consequences;29 patients were excluded from effectiveness analysis

the remaining 76 patients had significantly lower blood pressure after overdose of Amlodipine besylate tablets.CONCLUSIONS:The people in this hospital who are given overdose of Amlodipine besylate tablets（daily dose from 12.5 to 30 mg） are patients with chronic kidney disease

most patients can significantly reduce systolic and diastolic blood pressure after increasing the dose

with good safety.
