摘要

目的:了解北京大学口腔医院（以下简称"我院"）国家基本药物应用情况

为贯彻落实国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法:以《国家基本药物目录》（2018年版）为依据

对2017—2019年我院国家基本药物的销售数据进行统计、分析。结果:2017—2019年

我院国家基本药物品种数分别占药品总品种数的47.46%（168种/354种）、47.87%（180种/376种）和45.68%（169种/370种）

国家基本药物销售金额分别占药品总销售金额的28.23%（791.17万元/2 802.78万元）、29.96%（888.94万元/2 966.71万元）和28.28%（878.07万元/3 104.59万元）。3年来

我院国家基本药物中

9种药品的销售金额排序均居前10位

且其排序无较大波动。结论:我院国家基本药物的使用较为稳定

国家基本药物使用品种数占比和销售金额占比均较高

合理用药管理工作能提高国家基本药物使用比例。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application status of national essential drugs in Peking University Hospital of Stomatology（hereinafter referred to as"our hospital"）

so as to provide reference for carrying out national essential drug system.METHODS:Based on 2018 Edition of National Essential Drugs Catalogue

the sales data of national essential drugs in our hospital from 2017 to 2019 were statistically analyzed.RESULTS:From 2017 to 2019

the number of national essential drugs in our hospital accounted for 47.46%（168/354）

47.87%（180/376） and45.68%（169/370） of the total drugs

and the consumption sum of national essential drugs accounted for 28.23%（7.911 7 million yuan/28.027 8 million yuan）

29.96%（8.889 4 million yuan/29.667 1 million yuan） and28.28%（8.780 7 million yuan/31.045 9 million yuan） of the total drugs.In the past 3 years

among the national essential drugs in our hospital

9 kinds of drugs ranked among the top 10 in terms of consumption sum

and there was no great fluctuation.CONCLUSIONS:The application of national essential drugs in our hospital is relatively stable

and the proportion of categories and consumption sum of national essential drugs is relatively high.Rational drug application management can increase the application proportion of national essential drugs.
