Effects of Milrinone on Pulmonary Oxygen Function and Pulmonary Circulation Dynamics in Neonates
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effects of milrinone on pulmonary oxygen function and pulmonary circulation dynamics in neonates.METHODS:Totally 100 newborn hospitalized children with pulmonary hypertension admitted into the Department of Neonatology
Baoding the First Central Hospital from Oct.2017 to Dec.2018 were extracted to be divided into the observation group and the control group via the random number table
with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine drug therapy and ventilator support
and the observation group received milrinone based on the control group.Pressure difference between the two major vessels(ΔP)
pulmonary artery pressure and total pulmonary resistance
aortic blood oxygen saturation level and adverse drug reactions of two groups were compared.RESULTS:After treatment
the indexes ofΔP
SI and CI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group
QP/QS was significantly lower than that in the control group
with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).After treatment
the LVEF
LVFS
E/A and OI of two groups had been improved in different degrees
and the LVEF
LVFS
E/A and OI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group
with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).Compared with before treatment
the pulmonary artery pressure and pulmonary resistance decreased in varying degrees
and the aortic oxygen saturation increased;after treatment
the pulmonary artery pressure
pulmonary resistance and aorta oxygen saturation were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group
the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:Conventional therapy such as mechanical ventilation combined with milrinone therapy in the treatment of persistent pulmonary hypertension can improve the heart function and the oxygenation function of children
