Clinical Efficacy of Peramivir Sodium Chloride Injection Combined with Vancomycin Hydrochloride Injection in the Treatment of Neonatal Septicemia Induced by Virus and Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus
OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical efficacy of peramivir sodium chloride injection combined with vancomycin hydrochloride injection in the treatment of neonatal septicemia induced by virus and methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA).METHODS:96 newborns with septicemia induced by virus and MRSA admitted into Jiaozhou Central Hospital from Nov.2016 to Nov.2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via random number table
with 48 cases in each group. The control group was given vancomycin hydrochloride injection
while the observation group was given peramivir sodium chloride injection based on the control group.Differences in clinical efficacy
inflammatory indicators
immunological indicators and medication safety were compared between two groups.RESULTS:After treatment
the total effective rate of observation group was 95.83%(46/48)
which was significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%
39/48)
with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment
levels of interleukin 2(IL-2)
interleukin 6(IL-6)
interleukin 8(IL-8)
white blood cell count(WBC)
serum amyloid protein A(SAA)
C reactive protein(CRP) and tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α) of both groups had been significantly decreased;the IL-2
IL-6
IL-8
SAA
CRP and TNF-α levels of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group
with statistically significant differences(P<0.05);while there was no statistical significance in difference in WBC levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment
the activity of nature killer cell(NK cell) and level of immune globulin G(IgG) of both groups had been significantly increased
while the IgM level was significantly decreased;the activity of NK cell and level of IgG of observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group
while the IgM level was significantly lower
with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).The incidences of adverse drug reactions of observation group and control group were respectively 4.16%(2/48) and 2.08%(1/48)
the difference had no statistical significance(P > 0.05);all the symptoms were controlled after expectant treatment.CONCLUSIONS:Compared with vancomycin hydrochloride injection alone
the combination of peramivir sodium chloride injection and vancomycin hydrochloride injection in the treatment of neonatal septicemia induced by virus and MRSA can improve the clinical efficacy
promote immunocompetence and relieve inflammatory reaction.
