摘要

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散联合甲巯咪唑治疗肝郁气滞型甲状腺功能亢进症的临床效果。方法:将2018年1月至2019年1月在西安市中医医院进行治疗的肝郁气滞型甲状腺功能亢进症患者96例

按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组

每组48例。对照组患者单纯给予甲巯咪唑片治疗

研究组患者在对照组的基础上联合柴胡疏肝散治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医证候评分和甲状腺功能指标水平的差异

并记录两组患者治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况。结果:研究组患者的临床总有效率为93.75%（45/48）

明显高于对照组的77.08%（37/48）

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后

两组患者各项中医证候评分均明显降低

且研究组患者明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后

两组患者血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸、游离甲状腺素及促甲状腺激素水平均明显降低

且研究组患者明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组患者的不良反应发生率为6.25%（3/48）

明显低于对照组的20.83%（10/48）

差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:柴胡疏肝散联合甲巯咪唑治疗肝郁气滞型甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效显著

能够促进患者甲状腺功能的恢复

且安全性较高。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the clinical effects of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with methimazole in the treatment of liver stagnation hyperthyroidism.METHODS:Totally 96 patients with liver stagnation hyperthyroidism admitted into Xi’an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan.2018 to Jan.2019 were extracted to be divided into the control group and the study group via the random number table

with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Methimazole tablets alone

while the study group received Chaihu Shugan powder on the basis of the control group.Differences in clinical efficacy

traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and thyroid function indexes of two groups were compared.And the incidence of adverse drug reactions were recorded.RESULTS:The total clinical effective rate in the study group was 93.75%（45/48）

significantly higher than that in the control group 77.08%（37/48）

the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.After treatment

the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score in both groups decreased significantly

and the study group was significantly lower than the control group

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.After treatment

the levels of FT3

FT4 and TSH in two groups decreased significantly

and the study group was significantly lower than the control group

with statistically significant differences（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was 6.25%（3/48）

significantly lower than that in the control group 20.83%（10/48）

and the difference was statistically significant（P < 0.05）.CONCLUSIONS:The efficacy of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with methimazole in the treatment of liver stagnation hyperthyroidism is significant

which can promote the recovery of thyroid function with higher safety.
