Rapid Health Technology Assessment of Ozagrelay Sodium Injection for Acute Cerebral Infarction
safety and and economy of ozagrel sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction based on rapid health technology assessment( HTA).METHODS: PubMed
the Cochrane Library
EMBase
CNKI
Wanfang database and CBM were systematically retrieved to collect the Metaanalysis/systematic review and pharmacoeconomic study of ozagrel sodium injection in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Two groups of evaluators independently screened the literature and extracted the related data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. After summarizing the data
the results were qualitatively analyzed by using qualitative description method.RESULTS: A total of 0 HTA reports
18 Meta-analyses and 14 pharmacoeconomic studies were included.Existing evidence suggested that for patients with acute cerebral infarction
the monotherapy with ozagrel sodium injection or with combination therapy with other drugs( eureklin for injection
breviscapine injection
Shuxuening injection
breviscapine injection
batroxobin injection
edaravone injection
Xueshuantong injection
Kudiezi injection
Chuanxiong hydrochloride injection
vinpocetine injection
Danhong injection and Shuxuetong injection) can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and significantly improve the nerve function defect.None of the patients had severe adverse drug reactions and the safety was higher.Economically
the combination of ozagrelay sodium injection with sodium ferulate injection
edaravone injection
Naodesheng capsule
extract of ginkgo biloba injection and cinepazide maleate injection was more economical than monotherapy with ozagrel sodium injection or other monotherapy. However
monotherapy with sodium ozagrel injection was more economical than monotherapy with Shuxuetong injection
alprostadil injection and edaravone injection.CONCLUSIONS: Ozagrelay sodium injection as monotherapy or in combination with other drugs has significant efficacy and safety in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
but monotherapy with ozagrelay sodium injection is not economical and requires the combination of other drugs.
