摘要

目的:探讨治疗药物监测在抢救卡马西平中毒患者中的作用

为临床解救卡马西平中毒提供参考。方法:搜集卡马西平中毒病例

基于治疗药物监测结果分析患者的诊断、救治过程。结果:纳入并分析3例卡马西平中毒病例

在其临床救治过程中借助治疗药物监测结果明确诊断

多次复查卡马西平血药浓度以判定临床疗效。结论:治疗药物监测可为临床诊断卡马西平中毒提供依据

指导中毒救治及治疗方案的调整。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the role of therapeutic drug monitoring in the rescue of patients with carbamazepine intoxication

and to provide reference for clinical resolution of carbamazepine intoxication. METHODS:Medical records for patients with carbamazepine intoxication were collected. Based on therapeutic drug monitoring results

the diagnosis and treatment process were thoroughly reviewed. RESULTS: Three cases of carbamazepine intoxication were included and analyzed

and the diagnosis was clarified with the help of therapeutic drug monitoring results during the clinical treatment

and the blood concentration of carbamazepine was repeatedly reviewed to determine the clinical efficacy. CONCLUSIONS: Therapeutic drug monitoring can provide basis for clinical diagnosis of carbamazepine intoxication and guide the adjustment of intoxication treatment strategy.
