摘要

目的:系统评价盐酸氨溴索用于分泌性中耳炎的治疗效果

探索较佳的使用剂量。方法:在Pubmed、Cochrane Central、EMBase、中国学术期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文期刊全文数据库和万方数据库等中英文数据库中进行检索

收集从建库至2019年11月发表的盐酸氨溴索治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床随机对照试验（对照组患者采用常规治疗

研究组患者在常规治疗基础上加用盐酸氨溴索）

并用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行荟萃分析（Meta分析）。结果:共纳入29篇文献

涉及2 452例患者（2 536耳）

其中对照组患者1 180例

研究组患者1 272例。Meta分析结果显示

研究组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组

差异有统计学意义（OR=4. 09

95%CI=3. 19～5. 23

Z=11. 14

P<0. 000 01）

且盐酸氨溴索1次15 mg

1周1次方案的疗效较1次30 mg

1周1次方案更佳;研究组患者治疗前后鼓室压变化值明显高于对照组

差异有统计学意义（MD=18. 06

95%CI=15. 30～20. 82

P<0. 000 01）。结论:盐酸氨溴索能明显缓解分泌性中耳炎的症状

但仍需大样本、多中心、高质量的临床研究。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the therapeutic effects of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media. METHODS: PubMed

VIP database and Wanfang database were retrieved to collect the clinical randomized controlled trials（ RCT） of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of secretory otitis media（ the control group was treated with conventional treatment

while the study group received ambroxol hydrochloride on the basis of conventional treatment）. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Nov. 2019. Meta analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5. 3 software. RESULTS: Totally 29 literature were collected

including 2 452 patients（ 2 536 ears）

with 1 180 cases in the control group and 1 272 cases in the study group. Meta analysis results showed that the treatment effect in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group

and the difference was statistically significant（ OR = 4. 09

is better than 30 mg ambroxol hydrochloride. The change of tympanic pressure before and after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group
