摘要

目的:探讨沙美特罗替卡松吸入气雾剂联合孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片在哮喘临床治疗中的应用效果。方法:纳入患者共150例

均为2017年9月至2019年1月青海红十字医院呼吸内科收治的哮喘患者

回顾性收集其临床资料。根据治疗方式分为观察组（77例）和对照组（73例）。对照组患者采用孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗

观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松吸入气雾剂。比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状改善情况、肺功能指标[用力肺活量（FVC）、第1秒用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1/FVC和呼气流量峰值（PEF）]及免疫功能指标[白细胞介素4（IL-4）、γ干扰素（INF-γ）和免疫球蛋白E（Ig E）]水平的差异。结果:治疗后

观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组[96. 10%（74/77） vs. 84. 93%（62/73）]

差异有统计学意义（P<0. 05）。治疗后

观察组患者的咳嗽缓解时间和咳嗽消失时间明显短于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0. 05）。治疗后

两组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF及INF-γ水平明显高于治疗前

且观察组患者明显高于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0. 05）。治疗后

两组患者IL-4、Ig E水平明显低于治疗前

且观察组患者明显低于对照组

差异均有统计学意义（P<0. 05）。结论:在孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片的基础上加用沙美特罗替卡松吸入气雾剂治疗哮喘的效果较好

可调节患者的免疫功能

改善肺功能及临床症状。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the clinical treatment of asthma. METHODS: Totally 150 patients with asthma admitted into Qinghai Red Cross Hospital from Sept. 2017 to Jan. 2019 were extracted

the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the treatment method

all patients were divided into the observation group（ n = 77） and the control group（ n = 73）. The control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets

while the observation group additionally received salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol based on the control group. Differences of clinical efficacy

improvement of symptoms

pulmonary function indicators [forced vital capacity（ FVC）

forced expiratory volume at 1 second（ FEV1）

FEV1/FVC and peak expiratory flow（ PEF） ]

and immune function indicators [interleukin 4（ IL-4）

interferon gamma（ INF-γ）

and immunoglobulin E（ Ig E） ] of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment

the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group [96. 10%（ 74/77） vs. 84. 93%（ 62/73） ]

the difference was statistically significant（ P<0. 05）. After treatment

the remission time and disappearance time of cough in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group

with statistically significant differences（ P<0. 05）. After treatment

the levels of FVC

FEV1

FEV1/FVC

PEF

and INF-γ in two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment

and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group

the differences were statistically significant（ P<0. 05）. After treatment

the levels of IL-4 and Ig E in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment

and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group

the differences were statistically significant（ P<0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol combined with montelukast sodium chewable tablets in the clinical treatment of asthma is significant

which can regulate the immune function

improve patients’ lung function and clinical symptoms.
