Clinical Research on Xingnaojing Injection Combined with Cattle Encephalon Glycoside and Ignotin Injection in the Treatment of Acute Stroke
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection in the treatment of acute stroke. METHODS: 168 patients with acute stroke admitted into Fuyang People’s Hospital from Mar. 2016 to Jul. 2019 were selected and divided into control group and research group via random number table
with 84 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection based on conventional therapy
while the research group was given Xingnanjing injection based on the control group. Differences in clinical efficacy
intracranial arterial blood flow
changes of related serum indicators were compared between two groups
incidences of adverse drug reactions of the two groups were recorded during treatment. RESULTS: After 2-week treatment
the total effective rate of research group was 82. 14%( 69/84)
which was significantly higher than that of the control group( 66. 67%
56/84)
with statistically significant difference( P<0. 05). After 2-week treatment
the growth differentiation factors-15( GDF-15)
glial fibrillary acidic protein( GFAP) and phosphatidylserine( Ps) levels of both groups had been significantly decreased
and those of the research group were significantly lower than the control group
with statistically significant difference( P < 0. 05). After treatment
the blood flow in basilar artery
vertebral artery
anterior cerebral artery
middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery of both groups had been significantly increased
and those of the research group were significantly higher than the control group
with statistically significant differences( P < 0. 05).During treatment
the incidences of adverse drug reactions of research group and control group were respectively10. 71%( 9/84) and 7. 14%( 6/84)
the difference had no statistical significance( P>0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The efficacy of Xingnaojing injection combined with cattle encephalon glycoside and ignotin injection in the treatment of acute stroke is remarkable
which can effectively improve intracranial arterial blood flow
promote serum GDF-15
GFAP and Ps levels
with good medication safety.
