摘要

目的:系统评价济生肾气丸用于糖尿病肾病的治疗效果

为临床实践提供参考。方法:计算机检索the Cochrane Library、EMBase、PubMed、Web of Science、Allied and Complementary Medicine、中国知网、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及万方数据库建库至2019年7月16日收录的济生肾气丸用于糖尿病肾病治疗的随机对照试验文献（对照组患者采用常规治疗措施如控制饮食、保证良好规律的作息以及预防感染等

采用西药降压、降糖治疗;研究组患者采用济生肾气成方加减或济生肾气丸联合其他中药汤剂、中成药治疗）。参考Cochrane系统评价手册5. 1. 0进行文献质量评价

使用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行荟萃分析（Meta分析）。结果:最终纳入15篇文献

Meta分析结果显示

观察组患者的有效率明显高于对照组（RR=1. 32

95%CI=1. 23～1. 42

P<0. 01）

24 h尿蛋白定量明显低于对照组（MD=-0. 16

95%CI=-0. 21～-0. 11

P<0. 01）

餐后2 h血糖水平明显优于对照组（MD=-1. 29

95%CI=-1. 62～-0. 96

P<0. 01）

糖化血红蛋白含量明显低于对照组（MD=-1. 32

95%CI=-2. 08～-0. 57

P<0. 01）

差异均有统计学意义。结论:济生肾气丸用于糖尿病肾病有较好的临床治疗效果

但本研究中纳入的文献的方法学质量较低

今后仍需设计严谨的高质量临床随机对照研究。

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the clinical effects of Jisheng Shenqi pills for diabetic nephropathy

so as to provide reference for further clinical practice. METHODS: The Cochrane Library

EMBase

PubMed

Web of Science

Allied and Complementary Medicine

CNKI

VIP database

CBM and Wanfang database were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trial of Jisheng Shenqi pills for diabetic nephropathy（ the control group was treated with conventional treatment measures such as diet control

regular schedule and rest assurance

and infection prevention

while the study group received Jisheng Shenqi formula recipe or Jisheng Shenqi pills combined with other traditional Chinese medicine decoction and Chinese patent medicine）. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Jul. 16 th

2019. The cochrane reviews handbook version 5. 1. 0 was adopted for literature quality evaluation

and the Rev Man 5. 3 software was used for Meta-analysis. RESULTS: Totally 15 literature were collected.Meta analysis results showed that the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ RR = 1. 32

and the 24 h urine protein quantification was significantly lower than that of the control group（ MD =-0. 16

the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: The clinical effects of Jisheng Shenqi pills for diabetic nephropathy is significant. Yet the methodological quality of the literature included in this study is relatively low

and rigorous high-quality clinical randomized controlled trials still need to be designed in the future.
