OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills on in vitro fertilization in elderly patients.METHODS:Totally 186 elderly patients with in vitro fertilization admitted into Handan Central Hospital

from May 2015 to Aug.2018 were retrospectively analyzed according to different therapeutic methods were divided into the groupⅠand the groupⅡ

with 93 cases in each group.The groupⅠwas treated with vitamin E capsules

while the groupⅡreceived coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills.The indicators of ovarian reserve[antral follicle count（AFC）

the total amount of Gn in groupⅡwas significantly lower than that in groupⅠ

and the Gn time was significantly shorter than that in groupⅠ

were significantly higher than those in groupⅠ

0.05）.The number of ovum obtained in groupⅡwas higher than that in groupⅠ

0.05）.CONCLUSIONS:Coenzyme Q10 combined with Jinfeng pills can effectively improve the ovarian function of elderly female patients

and has certain effects on in vitro fertilization.
