摘要

目的:基于荟萃分析（Meta分析）方法

系统评价小柴胡汤联合经导管动脉栓塞化疗（transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

TACE）治疗原发性肝癌的有效性与安全性。方法:计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMBase及the Cochrane Library等数据库

纳入关于小柴胡汤联合TACE治疗原发性肝癌的随机对照试验文献（研究组患者采用小柴胡汤联合TACE治疗

对照组患者采用TACE治疗）

提取资料并评价方法学质量后

采用Rev Man 5. 3软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入9篇文献

涉及880例患者。Meta分析结果显示

治疗后

研究者患者的总有效率明显高于对照组（≤1个月:RR=1. 47

Abstract

OBJECTIVE: To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（ TACE） in the treatment of primary liver cancer based on Meta-analysis. METHODS: CNKI

EMBase and the Cochrane Library were retrieved to collect the clinical randomized controlled trial（ RCT） of Xiaochaihu decoction combined with TACE in the treatment of primary liver cancer（ the study group was given Xiaochaihu decoction combined with TACE

while the control group received TACE）. After the data were extracted and the quality of the included literature was evaluated

Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5. 3 software. RESULTS: Totally 9 literature were collected

including 880 patients. After treatment
