Mechanism of Zhizibopi Decoction in the Treatment of Hepatitis Based on Network Pharmacology
OBJECTIVE: To preliminarily probe into the mechanism of Zhizibopi decoction in the treatment of hepatitis based on network pharmacology. METHODS: Through the establishment of target data of Zhizibopi decoction and hepatitis
Ingredients-Target-Disease interactive network of Zhizibopi decoction in the treatment of hepatitis was developed. The mechanism of Zhizibopi decoction in the treatment of hepatitis was predicted by visualized analysis and topological parameter analysis
and the Kyoto encyclopedia of genes and genomes( KEGG) pathway was analyzed for each direct targets. RESULTS: Totally 330 active ingredients
4 456 directly active protein target points and 498 directly active protein target points in Zhizibopi decoction were screened out. Among them
totally 13 protein targets were directly affected by Zhizibopi decoction and hepatitis related diseases
with a total of 24 related pathways
mainly including tumor necrosis factor signaling pathway
signal transduction and transcription activator factor signaling pathway and T cell receptor signaling pathway. CONCLUSIONS: The mechanism of Zhizibopi decoction in the treatment of hepatitis is mainly related to the intervention of inflammatory reaction and the regulation of immunity.
