Compatibility Stability of Cefoperazone Sodium/Sulbactam Sodium with Electrolyte Supplements Injection in Children
Objective: To establish the high performance liquid chromatography method for simultaneous determination of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium
and to investigate the compatibility stability of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium with electrolyte supplements injection in children. Methods: The appearance
pH and insoluble particle of the compatibility solution were observed at home temperature within 24 h. The contents of cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results: After the compatibility of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium with electrolyte supplements injection
the appearance and pH of the solution did not change significantly within 24 h. The insoluble particles were in accordance with the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015 Edition)
and the drug content did not change significantly. Conclusion: The compatibility solution of cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium with electrolyte supplements injection in children is stable within 24 h
