Efficacy of Oseltamivir Granules Combined with Lanqin Oral Liquid in the Treatment of Early Influenza A in Children
Objective: To probe into the effective treatment method of early influenza A in children. Methods: Totally 240 children with early influenza A were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the visit sequence
with 120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules
from 2.0 to 2.5 mg/kg in warm boiled water
twice a day
while the observation group received Lanqin oral liquid on the basis of the control group
5 mL for 2 to 5 years old
10 mL for > for 5 years old
3 times a day according to the age. Both groups were treated for 5 d as a course of treatment. The recovery of symptoms
adverse drug reactions and overall efficacy of two groups were observed. Results: The disappearance time of fever
sore throat
myalgia and catarrhal symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group
and the levels of inflammation indicators such as hs-CRP
IL-6 and MCP-1 were lower than those in the control group after 5 d of treatment
the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group
and the incidence of complications
the proportion of critically ill cases
and the proportion of hospitalizations were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with Lanqin oral liquid in the treatment of early influenza A in children can rapidly control the clinical symptoms
improve the inflammatory indicators and the efficacy
promote the prognosis of the disease with higher safety.
