Participation of Clinical Pharmacists in the Diagnosis and Treatment for Drug-Induced Liver Injury in Children
Objective: To probe into the pharmaceutical care for the diagnosis and treatment of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) in children by clinical pharmacists. Methods: Clinical pharmacists used Roussel Uclaf (RUCAM) evaluation scale to analyze the causal relationship of DILI in a child
adjust the treatment of DILI according to the guidelines and evidence-based evidence
and control the development of the disease. Results: Through the practice of pharmaceutical care
clinical pharmacists assisted clinicians in optimizing the treatment plan
and the biochemical indexes of liver function nearly recovered. Conclusion: The participation of clinical pharmacists has positive significance for the judgment and treatment of children with DILI.
