Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effects of recombinant human growth hormone combined with leuprorelin in the treatment of girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty and its effects on estradiol (E2)

follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH). Methods: Fifty-six girls with idiopathic central precocious puberty admitted into our hospital from 2016 to 2018 were extracted to be divided into the treatment group and the control group via the random number table

with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with leuprorelin alone

while the treatment group additionally received recombinant human growth hormone on the basis of the control group. The bone age (BA)

HtSDS-BA and BMI between two groups after treatment (P>0.05). PAH-BA and △GV in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups (P>0.05).
