摘要

目的:探讨应用单枚齿状突螺钉固定治疗齿状突骨折的疗效和优越性。方法:回顾18例经前路齿状突螺钉内固定手术患者的临床资料

其中男13例

女5例

AndersonⅡ型11例

Ⅲ型7例

其中浅Ⅲ型5例。所有患者均以1枚3.5 mm空心钛螺钉内固定。术后通过随访结果

分析其临床疗效。结果:18例患者均获得6

4月的随访

平均9个月。所有病例骨折愈合良好

无螺钉松动、断裂。15例临床症状完全消失

大部分患者恢复正常的颈椎活动度。结论:经前路齿状突螺钉内固定手术属于微创术式

其手术操作简单、并发症较少、损伤小、恢复快、固定可靠

可最大限度保留颈椎正常活动度。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the application and efficacy of direct anterior fixation of odontoid fractures with hollow screw.Methods:Eighteen patients with odontoid fractures

13 males and 5 females

and 11 with type Ⅱ fractures and 7 with type Ⅲ fractures

including 5 cases with shallow type Ⅲ fractures

according to Anderson’s classification system

underwent percutaneous anterior odontoid screw fixation with one screw plant.The clinical examinations were carried out to observe the therapeutic effects through the follow-up.Results:The patients were followed up for 9 months(6～24 months).Fracture union was noted in all patients.There was no sign of rupture

loosing or falling of the hollowscrew.Previous symptoms disappeared completely in 15 cases.A majority of the patients resumed an excellent cervical motion.Conclusion:This method is a prevalent method with the advantages of convenient procedure

less injury and complication

rapid recovery

and a strong inner fixation.In this way

the patients can resume the most excellent cervical motion.
