摘要

目的:探讨细节管理在经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（Peripherally inserted central catheter

PICC）中的应用效果。方法:将2004年1月-2006年12月76例肿瘤内科置管病人作为对照组

对其并发症发生的原因进行回顾性分析

将2007年1月-2009年12月466例置管病人作为细节管理组

针对对照组各环节管理中不安全的因素进行控制和细节管理。结果:两组在一次性穿刺成功率、控制置管出血量和预防并发症方面

细节管理组明显优于对照组

差异有统计学意义。结论:加强细节管理有助于降低置管风险

规范PICC管理

提高病人满意度。

Abstract

Objective: To discuss the application effect of detail management in PICC catheterization.Methods:76 cases of catheterization patients from Jan.2004 to Dec.2006 taken as control group

retrospective analyses were made for their causes of complications.466 cases of catheterization patients from Jan.2007 to Dec.2009 were taken as detail management group to conduct control and detail management aiming at the insecure factors that exit in the control group.Results:Detail management group had great advantage over control group in the aspects of success rate of one-time puncture

catheterization blood loss control and complication precaution.The difference had statistical significance.Conclusion:Enhancing detail management can help to lower the risk of catheterization

to normalize PICC management and increase patients’ satisfaction.
