摘要

目的:探讨咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿吸入布地奈德治疗前后血清总IgE及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数的变化及意义。方法:选择2007年l月-2010年1月本院门诊咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿147例

随机分为对照组（56例）

布地奈德治疗组（91例）。对照组与治疗组分别于治疗前和治疗2个月后测定血清IgE、外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数。结果:对照组治疗前及治疗2个月IgE水平分别为（226.16±21.09）ng/L、（240.39±19.56）ng/L（P>0.05）;治疗组治疗前后IgE分别为（255.48±23.67）ng/L、（169.00±15.72）ng/L

治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）

对照组治疗前后外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数为（1.22±0.60）×109个/L、（0.98±0.41）×109个/L

治疗组治疗前后血嗜酸性粒细胞计数为（1.35±0.73）×109个/L、（0.41±0.20）×109个/L

治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论:布地奈德可降低咳嗽变异性哮喘儿童血清IgE水平

观察血清IgE水平和外周血嗜酸性粒细胞计数对咳嗽变异性哮喘的诊断和治疗效应的判断具有重要意义。

Abstract

Objective:To explore the changes of serum immunoglobulin E(IgE) and eosinophils(EOS) before and after budesonid inhalation in children with cough variant asthma and its significance.Methods:147 cases with cough variant asthma were selected from our hospital between Jan.2007 and Jan.2010.The patients were categorized into the budesonid treated group and control group.During the treatment

the patients of the 2 groups were followed up for 2 months to compare the IgE and EOS levels before and after treatment.Results:Before and after 2 months’ treatment

the serum total IgE of control group were(226.16±21.09) ng/L and(240.39±19.56) ng/L respectively.As to the treated group

the serum total IgE before and after 2 months’treatment were(255.48±23.67) ng/L and(169.00±15.72) ng/L respectively.There was significant difference in total IgE between before and after 2 months’treatment(P<0.01).Before and after 2 months’ treatment

the EOS of control group were(1.22±0.60)×109/L and(0.98±0.41)×109/L respectively

the treated group were(1.35±0.73)×109/L and(0.41±0.20)×109/L respectively.There was significant difference in EOS after treatment.(P<0.01).Conclusion:When treating cough variant asthma

budesonid inhalation can decrease serum total IgE.Detection of IgE and EOS can be of great importance in diagnosis and treatment of children with cough variant asthma.
