摘要

目的:观察66例颅外动脉支架置入术近期和远期疗效。方法:66例颅外症状性狭窄超过50%或无症状性狭窄超过70%患者在局麻下行血管内支架置入术

随访观察术后并发症、不良事件及再狭窄发生率。结果:手术成功率100%

围手术期并发症发生率15.2%

1年后再狭窄发生率7.6%

无血管事件及死亡。结论:颅外动脉支架置入术安全有效。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the short term and long term effect after stenting for extracranial artery stenosis in 66 cases.Methods:66 patients with symptomatic stenosis >50% or asymptomatic stenosis >70% were given stenting under local anesthesia.The incidence of complication

adverse event and restenosis was recorded.Results:The success rate of stenting was 100%;the perioperative complication rate was 15.2%;the restenosis rate after 1 year was 7.6%.There was no vascular event or death.Conclusion:The stenting of extracranial artery is safe and effective.
