Objective:To investigate the new methods and efficacy of endovascular therapy in patients with injury of subclavian artery and traumatic pseudoaneurysm.Methods:Endovascular therapy was performed in 5 cases of acute subclavian artery injury with hemorrhagic shock

2 cases of traumatic subclavian artery occlusion

2 cases of traumatic subclavian pseudoaneurysm

and 1 case of traumatic fistula in subclavian vessels.Successful implementation of stents were in 9 cases

and 1 case had an immediate conversion to open surgery.Results:All patients were cured

and followed up for 4 to 30 months.Stent patency was in all cases

and no severe stenosis and occlusion occurred.Conclusion:Endovascular therapy is a less invasive

safe

and effective treatment for subclavian artery injury

and is the first choice.
