摘要

目的:观察成纤维细胞生长因子受体1（Fibroblast growth factor receptors1

FGFR1）在小鼠肾发育中的时空性表达

探讨FGFR1与肾发育的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学技术结合体视学方法和免疫印迹法

测定不同胚龄（E）11.5、13.5、15.5 d和17.5 d及生后日龄（P）1、7、14、21 d和40 d小鼠肾组织内FGFR1的表达及其含量变化。结果:免疫组织化学结果显示FGFR1在各期肾小体、远端小管及集合管内均有表达

但在各期远端小管和集合管表达较强

而在各期肾小体表达较弱。体视学测量和免疫印迹结果均显示随着胚日龄的增加

FGFR1在各期肾小体、远端小管及集合管的表达量逐渐增加。结论:FGFR1可能对肾各结构的发育以及成熟肾的形态维持起重要作用。

Abstract

Objective:To observe the temporospatial expression of fibroblast growth factor receptor 1(FGFR1)in the developing kidney of mouse

and investigate the relation between fibroblast growth factor receptor 1 and kidney development.Methods:The expression of FGFR1 was examined by immunohistochemistry

stereological method and Western blot in embryo and postnatal mouse kidneys

including embryos(E11.5

13.5

15.5

17.5 d)and postnatal mice(P1

40 d).Results:Immunohistochemical analysis showed that FGFR1 was expressed in all stages of glomeruli

distal tubules and collecting ducts.The results of stereology and Western blot showed that during kidney development

the expression of FGFR1 was increased in all stages of glomeruli

distal tubules and collecting ducts.Conclusion:FGFR1 might play an important role in kidney development and maturation.
