The clinical analysis of patients with thrombotic microangiopathy by continuous renal replacement therapy
Objective:To observe the treatment effect on thrombotic microangiopathy(TMA) by continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 10 patients with thrombotic microangiopathy admitted to our hospital and treated by CRRT.Results:Seven cases of 10 patients survived
the survival rate was 70%.Among the survived patients
3 patients were cured
4 cases were improved.Among the 4 survived cases
2 patients continue to the treatment for the underlying disease
2 patients with chronic renal failure were independed on hemodialysis after treatment.Laboratory tests of survival patients after treatment
including Hb(88.6±16.4) g/L
Plt(162.6±73.0)×109/L
serum creatinine(Scr)(136.1±51.1) μmol/L
total bilirubin(TBIL)(30.2±44.2)μmol/L、indirect bilirubin(IBIL)(17.3±11.8) μmol/L
and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)(254.0±150.1) U/L were significantly better than those before treatment(Hb(61.6±13.7) g/L
Plt(41.1±16.7)×109/L
Scr(421.4±93.3) μmol / L
TBIL(140.6±149.2) μmol/L
IBIL(95.3±104.6) μmol/L
LDH(647.7±150.1)U/L)(P<0.05).Conclusion:CRRT can be effective on the treatment of TMA and reduce mortality.
