摘要

目的:观察红霉素配合皮肤护理治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法:30例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者均为常规治疗方法效果差或治疗后复发者

口服红霉素肠溶胶囊0.5 bid

急性期加面部冷敷

后期加舒敏修复霜

1～1.5个月后减半服用红霉素

总疗程为3个月;3个月后评价临床疗效。结果:有效率为85.71%。结论:红霉素配合皮肤护理治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎具有较好疗效。

Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of erythromycin combined with skin care in treating facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.Methods:A total of 30 patients with facial hormone-dependent dermatitis was inefficacy that were usually treated.All patients were treated with erythromycin(0.5 bid)combined with face cooling dressings everyday.The erythromycin was cut down to 0.25 bid after 1～1.5 months

with face cooling dressings as usual

3 months made up of a course.The evaluation of clinical efficacy was done after 3 months.Results:The effective rate were 85.71%.Conclusion:The results suggest that erythromycin combined with skin care is a safe and effective regimen in the treatment of facial hormone-dependent dermatitis.
